While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

When You use the Site or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, You agree and understand that You are communicating with us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically and as and when required. CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, we will not refund the amount, however, a customer can redeem the amount transferred for some other outfit. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty four) hours of placing the order on the Site.

BILLING
The price of our merchandise is inclusive of the GST. The tax rate applied to the order will be the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. We reserve the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.

PRICES
All prices on the website are inclusive of taxes.

DELIVERY
Our products are handcrafted and made to order. We try our level best to dispatch it in 15-20 working days. For any query, you can contact us on +91-9610012054.

RETURNS
1- Our garments are all made on a made to order basis. Once your order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. 
2- We are happy to help in case the outfit has defects. Pls mail us on info@shopilma.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
3- Returns are not possible for colour/size exchange. Please be sure of the colour/size before ordering.

DEFECTED PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
Any kind of defects in the product should be informed within 3 days of delivery. Also, defected pieces replacement issues will be resolved within 1 month from date of delivery.

CASH ON DELIVERY (C.O.D)
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). We only offer Partial COD.

PARTIAL C.O.D 

For Partial COD orders, customers must pay 40% of the total order value in advance at the time of placing the order. The remaining 60% amount is payable at the time of delivery.

The 40% advance payment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including refusal at delivery, or non-availability at the delivery location. 

If the order is not accepted at the time of delivery, or if the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts and the order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin), the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Once the order is received back at the source, it will be kept on hold for a period of 3 months. During this period, our team will contact the customer regarding re-shipping of the order. If the customer wishes to have the order shipped again, the customer must pay the remaining balance amount online in full before the second delivery attempt.
