Return & Exchange Policy


We do not accept return or exchange as we operate on made to order basis. We request you to please refer our size guide before placing the order as size related issues will not be eligible for exchange/return.  

Each of our garment goes through a quality check before packing and shipping. 

The product is only eligible for a return in case of damage in transit or other defects. Also in this case, customer has to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product by writing us at info@shopilma.com.

Once the product is approved for return/exchange, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Refund will be initiated once the product is received at our end.
